Her focus was on aligning project outcomes with organizational goals while maintaining clear communication and consistency across teams. She ensured transparency and accountability by overseeing and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, allowing for effective tracking of progress, resource allocation, and issue resolution.

Yolanda was able to leverage her ability to bring a strong foundation in project management, with proven ability to adjust and set priorities effectively to meet tight deadlines—an essential skill in the fast-paced world of real estate transactions. Her quick adaptability to new software platforms ensures she can easily learn and navigate industry-specific tools like CRMs, document management systems, and scheduling platforms.
